Q: How do I redeem my offers?
A: You can redeem exclusive offers by showing them to the staff at the partner venue! Other offers can be used without needing to provide any additional information & you won’t see a code.

Q: How often will I get new offers?
A: Our team is uploading 100s of new deals weekly.

Q: How can I get a FoodsPass card?
A: We’ll soon be going live with our next-gen Visa® cashback card in 2022. Once you’re accepted, your card will be received in 7-10 business days. You’ll also be able to use it in your digital wallet, including Apple Pay.

Q: Can I only pay for food with FoodsPass?
A: No! We don’t want to leave you stranded at the register, so while you can use FoodsPass to buy other items, you won’t earn the same benefits that you do on food.

Q: What about food trucks & small businesses? Does FoodsPass give me cashback on those food purchases?
A: Yes! With FoodsPass you will earn cashback on all food purchases - anywhere you shop.

Q: How does FoodsPass donate to families in need?
A: In addition to our own events & giveaways, we donate money to FeedingAmerica, which goes directly to local food banks that are feeding families in need.

Q: I’m a restaurant owner. How can I get my own promotions to appear on the FoodsPass App?
A: You can use our
B2B brand portal to upload exclusive deals + offers for free & reach our member base of over 10,000 foodies. Our portal is easy to use and allows you to easily update your promotions at any time.
